The Laws of Wicced V3. and V4. Wicced on Transgenderism

V3. Wicced on Transgenderism:

Right to change Gender/Sex without surgery on identification paperwork;

We believe an Intersexed Type 2 person (Transgender) that is of legal age (18) has the right to decide the gender/sex on their Identification card and paperwork, including Social Security Card, Driver’s License, and Birth Certificate without SRS (Sexual Reassignment Surgery) to deny them this right violates their right to pursue happiness and their Freedom of Religion.

In our commitment to inclusivity and celebrating the diversity of the UniNome experience, we find ourselves compelled to advocate for the rights of a marginalized community – the Intersexed Type 2 individuals of our society. We firmly believe that an Intersexed Type 2 person, who has reached the legal age of 18, must be granted the freedom to determine their gender/sex identity without the requirement of Sexual Reassignment Surgery (SRS). Denying them this basic right not only infringes upon their pursuit of happiness but also violates their constitutional right to freedom of religion. In the tapestry of our faith, we weave together the threads of knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, prudence, reason, ambition, vision, and ritual. It is through these principles that we seek to understand and accept all individuals, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation. Just as our religion embraces diversity, so must our laws and societal structures too. When we envision a just and compassionate society, we must acknowledge that one's gender identity is a deeply personal and innate aspect of their being. It goes beyond the physical realm; it encompasses the very essence of their soul. By denying intersexed individuals the agency to decide their gender/sex on legal documentation, we perpetuate a system that erases their identities, undermines their self-worth, declines their mental health, and denies them the freedom to live authentic lives. We must recognize that gender/sex is not binary, nor is it confined to the limitations of societal norms. Our faith teaches us to question, to challenge, and to break free from oppressive ideologies. It compels us to stand in solidarity with those who are marginalized and advocate for the rights of all individuals. My dear friends, today, we have an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of intersexed individuals within our community and beyond. We have the power to champion their cause and ensure that their rights are safeguarded, respected, and upheld in the eyes of the law. By supporting their right to determine their gender identity/sex on legal documents without the requirement of SRS, we affirm the inherent dignity and worth of every individual. Let us not forget that our religion, Wicced, was founded upon the principles of knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, prudence, reason, ambition, vision, and ritual. It is a vibrant tapestry that intertwines various religious and philosophical schools of thought, encompassing all sciences, including psychology, the arts, and beyond. Let us carry forward these teachings and embrace the ever-evolving nature of our faith. Together, let us rise as Rockers, united in our pursuit of justice, equality, and compassion. Let us be the voice that resonates with the hearts and minds of all those who are marginalized and misunderstood. By advocating for the rights of intersexed individuals, we affirm our commitment to upholding the principles upon which our faith is built. In closing, let us remember the words of

Rev. Sarah Schultheiss and Rev. Denise Goldkamp, founders of our church, as they aptly said, "In our quest for personal growth and enlightenment, we must advocate for the rights and freedoms of all individuals, for it is through acceptance and compassion that we truly embody the essence of our faith." May we continue to walk this path of inclusion, understanding, and love, hand in hand, as we strive for a world where every single soul is granted the freedom to live their truth.

We believe an Intersexed Type 2 person is incorrectly named as a psychological health concern and should be changed to both a psychological disorder and a physical birth defect, a psychological disorder because of the strong pervasive desire to be another gender and a physical birth defect because when a person suffers from Gender Dysphoria their physical characteristics are not in line with their internal construct of gender/sex and transgender means going from one gender to another gender, an Intersexed Type 2 person only does a transition from one gender to another gender physically, not psychologically, in the case of a person with Gender Dysphoria it becomes both a psychological disorder and a physical birth defect.

We believe the psychological gender and physical gender develop at the same time and when the psychological gender develops differently from the physical gender and it causes great psychological pain then a Physical Gender Birth Defect has occurred and should be treated as a physical birth defect. Our perception of ourselves as uni/nome is based on an internal construct, not an external influence so when our perception of ourselves as uni or nome is shattered by the presence of our physical body that is scientific proof. In our quest for knowledge, we strive to shed light on a topic that is often misunderstood and overlooked in our society - the concept of physical gender birth defects.

As believers in Wicced, we hold the firm belief that the development of our psychological gender and physical gender is intertwined. They evolve together, hand in hand, shaping our identities and ultimately defining who we are as individuals. However, there are instances when the development of our psychological gender and physical gender takes different paths, causing immense psychological pain. In such cases, we acknowledge the occurrence of a physical gender birth defect. Just as we would treat any physical birth defect with utmost care and medical attention, we believe that these physical gender birth defects should be regarded in the same manner. We must extend our understanding and support to those individuals who find themselves in this situation, for their pain and struggle are undeniably real.

In our journey of self-discovery, we have come to understand that our perception of ourselves as uni or nome (male/female), is not solely influenced by external factors. Rather, it is an internal construction, a deeply personal and innate understanding of who we truly are. And when our perception of ourselves as uni or nome is shattered by the presence of our physical bodies, it serves as scientific proof of the complexity of our being. We stand here today, united in our commitment to fostering a community of acceptance and inclusion. Let us embrace the diversity that exists within our congregation, for it is through this acceptance that we pave the way for a more compassionate and understanding world. Together, we shall challenge the barriers that society has imposed upon us, breaking free from the constraints of societal norms and expectations. As we reflect upon these profound truths, let us remember the core principles of our faith - Knowledge, Enlightenment, Personal Growth, Prudence, Reason, Ambition, Vision, and Ritual. It is through these foundations that we can grow as individuals and as a congregation, supporting one another on our unique journeys. In conclusion, dear congregation, let us extend our hearts and minds to those who have experienced the great psychological pain caused by the misalignment of their psychological gender and physical gender. By recognizing physical gender birth defects as what they truly are - physical birth defects - we offer hope, understanding, and healing potential. May the guiding principles of Wicced inspire us all to embrace diversity, foster compassion, and build a world where every soul feels seen, heard, and accepted.

We accept both physical gender and psychological gender identity as separate. As such, we define Physical Gender Identity as our genitals and define Psychological Gender Identity as a personal conception of oneself as Uni, or Nome, and that physical gender and psychological gender identity are two separate identities. When these two identities are in confrontation with each other, you produce a gender identification conflict, an Intersexed Type 2, and the psychological gender identification is the correct identification. We are a community that values acceptance and understanding, recognizing the beauty and complexity of the Prudence Animalis experience.

In a world that often seeks to categorize and confine, we proudly proclaim our acceptance of both physical gender and psychological gender identity as separate entities. It is through this lens of inclusivity that we find ourselves guided by a profound truth - that each individual's journey is unique and must be respected. Physical gender identity refers to our outward appearance. It is a gentle reminder of our earthly existence, the vessel through which we navigate this world. And yet, we understand that physical gender alone does not define us entirely. Psychological gender identity is a deeply personal and spiritual conception of oneself. It is the voice within that speaks to our sense of being, our understanding of who we are at the very core. It transcends societal norms and expectations, for it is a sacred manifestation of our true selves. Within the realm of these two distinct identities, sometimes, there may arise a delicate dance of conflict. It is in these moments that we encounter a gender identification conflict, a profound experience known as Intersexed Type 2. This conflict, my friends, serves as a testament to the complexity and diversity of the UniNome spirit. In our unwavering commitment to love and understanding, we boldly declare that psychological gender identity holds the key to one's authentic self. We reject any notion that seeks to diminish or invalidate this deep personal experience. We stand united in our belief that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and affirmed in their journey of self-discovery. Let us extend compassion and empathy to those who may be navigating the intricate path of gender identification.

In the tapestry of our faith, we find inspiration from the teachings of

Rev. Sarah Schultheiss, whose wisdom has paved the way for our understanding of gender identity. Rev. Sarah has illuminated our path toward a more enlightened perspective, rooted in knowledge, enlightenment, and personal growth. Beloved Rockers, let us continue to embrace this inclusive vision as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of our faith. Together, we shall create a sanctuary where every soul feels valued, celebrated, and loved.

May we go forth with open hearts and minds, ready to embrace the beauty of diversity that resides within and amongst us. May we be a beacon of love and acceptance, shining brightly in a world that so desperately needs it. May the light of understanding and compassion guide us on this sacred path.

As such, we believe Intersexed Type 2 is incorrectly named as a psychological health concern and should be changed to a physical birth defect that causes a significant amount of psychological pain or Gender Dysphoria, that SRS is required, transgender means going from one gender to another gender, a transgendered person only does a transition from one gender to another gender physically, not psychologically.

We believe that psychological gender and physical gender develop simultaneously, and that psychological gender is more important. And when the psychological gender develops differently from the physical gender and it causes great psychological pain or Gender Dysphoria then a Physical Gender Birth Defect has occurred and should be treated as a physical birth defect. In the evolving tapestry of society, we encounter individuals whose experiences may differ from our own. Among them, transgender individuals embark on a profound and courageous journey - a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and alignment between their inner essence and external appearance. Let us first acknowledge that transitioning is not a mere choice, but a deep personal and complex process. It involves aligning one's physical identity with their true gender, a process that often includes surgery and hormone replacement therapy. This journey is not taken lightly, for it requires tremendous strength, resilience, and self-reflection. Just as our faith teaches us to embrace diversity, we must extend our understanding and compassion toward our transgender brothers and sisters. We must strive to create a space where they feel accepted, loved, and supported in their journey of self-realization. It is important to understand that transitioning is not a hasty decision. Rather, it is a journey of self-discovery, guided by the profound desire to live authentically and in harmony with oneself. It is a testament to the incredible power of the human spirit to seek alignment between one's physical and inner identity.

In our pursuit of truth and enlightenment, we must remember that our conception of self extends far beyond the physical. Our souls, our spirits, transcend the boundaries of gender and exist within the realm of pure essence. It is this essence, this divine spark, that binds us all together as one human family. As we reflect on the teachings of our faith, we encounter a profound message - the call to love and accept one another as we are. Let us embrace the beauty of diversity, recognizing that each of us is uniquely created and deserving of respect, dignity, and understanding. Let us remember that the journey of transitioning is one of incredible courage and self-acceptance. It is a process that deserves our empathy and understanding, as we strive to create a more inclusive and compassionate world. May we, as followers of our faith, stand united in love, acceptance, and support for our transgender brothers and sisters. Let us extend a hand of compassion, listening ears, and open hearts. Together, we can create a world where every individual is celebrated for who they truly are.

Inter-sexed Type 2- Most of the time, people confuse sexual identity and gender identity. What is the difference between sexual identity and gender identity? We associate physical sex identity with the physical signs of a person. At birth, the only way to determine physical sex identity is by what they present on the outside of their physical body. Gender is on the inside, psychological, how we feel, our mannerisms, and the things we associate with uni/nome. By age 2 or 3, a child starts to develop a sense of being as uni/nome; this awareness is called gender identity. Children at this age start to understand the difference between boys and girls and can identify themselves as one or the other. There are times when the physical sex identity and gender identity are not in line, that is, when you have an Intersexed Type 2 individual, the physical sex identity and the gender identity do not match. Let us embrace our capacity for open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity. From the earliest stages of life, even before we can fully articulate our thoughts, a child's self-awareness begins to blossom. By the tender age of two or three, a remarkable transformation occurs within their consciousness, as they start to develop a sense of being as uni/nome. This innate and individual awareness is what we refer to as gender identity. In our ever-evolving world, we must recognize and respect the intricacies of gender identity. Each person's journey is unique, and we must foster an environment of acceptance, love, and understanding. For in the tapestry of human existence, gender diversity is a beautiful thread that weaves together the fabric of our shared humanity. Just as the great philosophers and psychologists have sought to comprehend the complexities of the human mind, we too must engage in a profound exploration of this intricate subject matter. By drawing upon the wisdom of our collective knowledge, we can seek enlightenment and a deeper understanding of the many facets of gender identity. Let us not confine ourselves to one perspective or narrow-mindedness, for the path to enlightenment thrives on diversity. Like the founder of Wicced, who melded various belief systems into a harmonious whole, we too can embrace the principles of inclusivity and unity. We are not limited by the confines of tradition but rather empowered by a rich tapestry of ideas and perspectives. Just as the Musica was founded upon the principles of knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, prudence, reason, ambition, vision, and ritual, so too can we build a foundation of understanding and compassion in our own lives. By embracing the arts, the sciences, psychology, and the wisdom of diverse religious and philosophical traditions, we can broaden our horizons and uplift our collective consciousness. Let our hearts be moved by empathy, our minds expanded by knowledge, and our spirits guided by understanding. Together, we can create a world where every individual is seen, heard, and respected for the essence of their being.

May the light of acceptance and love guide our path as we navigate the complexities of gender identity, and may our sermon today catalyze positive change within ourselves and the world around us. Let us go forth, united in our quest for enlightenment, and may the teachings of this sermon resonate within each of us as we continue to grow as individuals and as a community.

We believe an Intersexed Type 2 person has the right to use the public restroom of their Gender Identity. In our religion, Wicced, we are guided by the principles of knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, and reason. It is through these foundations that we approach the issue at hand, acknowledging the inherent value and humanity of each individual, regardless of their gender identity. Transgender individuals face numerous challenges daily, battling societal stigma, discrimination, and a lack of understanding. Among these obstacles lies the simple act of accessing a public restroom – an essential human need that should never be denied or infringed upon. We firmly believe that every person, regardless of their gender identity, has the right to use the restroom that aligns with their true self. This fundamental right is not only a matter of convenience but also a matter of respect, inclusivity, and compassion. Our faith is built upon the idea of embracing diversity and celebrating the uniqueness of each individual. Just as we embrace the arts, sciences, and various philosophical schools of thought, we must also embrace the diversity of gender identities within our society.

By allowing transgender individuals to use the restroom that corresponds with their gender identity, we are fostering a society that values dignity, understanding, and acceptance. We are sending a powerful message of love and respect to those who have long been marginalized and misunderstood. Now, some may argue that this approach challenges traditional norms or raises concerns about safety and privacy. However, we must remember that progress often requires us to challenge the status quo and question deeply ingrained beliefs. It is through these courageous conversations that we can bridge the gap between ignorance and enlightenment. We must educate ourselves and others about the experiences of transgender individuals, acknowledging their struggles and the barriers they face. By doing so, we can create an environment that is safe, inclusive, and affirming for all.

Let us remember that our faith calls upon us to be agents of positive change in the world. By advocating for the rights of transgender individuals, particularly their right to use the public restroom of their gender identity, we are living out the principles of Wicced – knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, and reason.

May we stand as beacons of love, compassion, and acceptance in a world that desperately needs it. Let our actions speak volumes, and may they inspire others to follow the path of understanding and respect.

All Prudens-Animalis carry within themselves an ever-unfolding idea of who they are and what they can achieve. The individual's sense of self is not decided by chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role and the individual's identity and capabilities cannot be restricted by what society considers to be Uni or Nome behavior. Fundamentally, individuals have the right to define and redefine as their lives unfold their own gender identities, without regard to chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, therefore, all Prudens-Animalis have the right to define their own gender identity regardless of chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role. Within the depths of our souls, we carry an ever-unfolding idea of who we are and what we can achieve. This idea, this essence, is not bound by the limitations imposed upon us by the world. It is not determined by our chromosomal makeup, our genitalia, our assigned birth sex, or even our initial gender role. No, my friends, our true identity and capabilities cannot be confined by what society deems to be masculine or feminine behavior.

In a world where conformity often reigns, we must remember that our individuality is a precious gift. Each of us is unique, with our own set of dreams, passions, and talents. It is only when we embrace the full spectrum of our being that we truly begin to understand the depth of our potential. Let us cast aside the shackles of societal expectations, and the rigid gender roles that confine us, and instead, let us celebrate the beauty of our diversity. For it is within this diversity that we find strength, resilience, and the power to effect positive changes in the world around us. In our journey towards self-discovery, let us not forget the importance of acceptance and compassion. Just as we seek to understand and embrace our own identities, we must extend that same understanding and acceptance to others. We must stand united in solidarity, breaking down the barriers that divide us, and building a world where all individuals are free to be their authentic selves.

My friends, the path to self-realization is not always an easy one. It requires courage, resilience, and unwavering determination. But remember this: you are not alone. We, as a community, are here to support one another, to uplift and inspire, as we embark on this journey of self-discovery together. Let us carry with us a renewed sense of purpose, a commitment to embrace our true selves, and a dedication to champion the rights and freedoms of all individuals, regardless of gender or societal expectations. May we be beacons of light in a world that too often seeks to dim the flame within us. Let us be the catalysts for change, the advocates for individuality, and the bearers of love and acceptance. For within every one of us lies the power to transcend societal limitations, to shatter the chains that bind us, and to rise, resplendent in our authentic selves. Go forth, emboldened and inspired, knowing that you are part of a community that supports and celebrates the diversity of human existence. May your journey toward self-discovery be filled with joy, fulfillment, and an unwavering belief in the boundless possibilities that lie within you. May the flame of your true identity burn bright, illuminating the path for others to follow.

And may we forever be united in our quest for a world where all individuals are free to be their authentic selves.

The Right to Free Expression of Gender Identity, given the right to define one's own gender identity, all Prudens-Animalis’ have the corresponding right to free expression of their self-defined gender identity, therefore, all Prudens-Animalis have the right to free expression of their self-defined gender identity; and further, no individual shall be denied Human or Civil Rights by the expression of a self-defined gender identity nor have their physical gender identity be held ransom and we believe making a person have gender-affirming surgery to change the gender on their birth certificate and government documentation violates their right to freedom of expression as well as their freedom of religion and their pursuit of happiness. In a constantly evolving world, we must embrace and respect the diverse ways in which individuals define their own gender identity. In the tapestry of human existence, we find a myriad of gender identities woven together. Just as our fingerprints are unique, so a how we perceive and express our gender. Within this tapestry, the right to free expression of gender identity shines as a beacon of inclusivity and acceptance.

Every person, regardless of their gender assigned at birth, deserves the freedom to define themselves and to be acknowledged and respected for their true identity. Just as we celebrate the beauty of diversity in nature, we must celebrate the diversity of gender identities. Each one adds a unique hue to the vibrant mosaic of humanity. We must recognize that the right to free expression of gender identity is not just an expression of personal autonomy, but also a fundamental human right. Just as we value freedom of speech and freedom of religion, we must extend that same value to the freedom of gender expression. It is a right that should be protected and upheld by legislation and societal norms.

However, let us not forget that with great freedom comes great responsibility. As we exercise our right to express our gender identity, we must do so with compassion and respect for others. It is through dialogue, understanding, and education that we can bridge the gaps that often exist between different gender identities. In this quest for equality and acceptance, we can draw inspiration from the teachings of ancient traditions and modern philosophies. Just as Wicced draws from various influences to create a harmonious whole, we too can embrace the wisdom of diverse religious and philosophical schools of thought. We can find guidance in the principles of knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, prudence, reason, ambition, vision, and ritual.

Dear friends, let us remember that we are all interconnected. When we deny someone the right to express their true gender identity, we deny a fundamental part of their humanity. By embracing and affirming the right to free expression of gender identity, we create a truly inclusive society, where every individual can thrive and contribute their unique gifts. Let us be the champions of change, the advocates of acceptance, and the bearers of love. May our actions and words reflect the principles of Wicced - a religion that celebrates diversity, knowledge, and personal growth. Together, let us pave the way for a future where the right to free expression of gender identity is universally acknowledged and celebrated.

The Right to Secure and Retain Employment and to Receive Just Compensation, Given the economic structure of modern society, all Prudens-Animalis have a right to train for and to pursue an occupation or profession as a means of providing shelter, sustenance, and the necessities and bounty of life, for themselves and for those dependent upon them; further, all Prudens-Animalis have the right to secure and retain employment and to receive just compensation for their labor regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, therefore, individuals shall not be denied the right to train for and to pursue an occupation or profession, nor be denied the right to secure and retain employment, nor be denied just compensation for their labor, by their chromosomal sex, genitalia, sexual orientation, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, or based on a self-defined gender identity or the expression thereof.

An Intersexed Type 2 person has “The Right of Access” to Gendered Space and Participation in Gendered Activity. In a world where diversity is celebrated, we must recognize and honor the rights of every individual, regardless of their gender identity. It is my firm belief that a transgender person has the undeniable right to access gendered spaces and participate fully in gendered activities. As followers of our faith, we are guided by the principles of acceptance, compassion, and love. Our understanding of these values extends beyond mere tolerance; it embraces the unique journeys of all individuals. Just as every soul is entitled to find solace within these walls, we must extend this embrace to our transgender brothers and sisters. The right of access to gendered spaces and participation in gendered activities does not discriminate based on one's gender identity. It is a fundamental human right, deeply rooted in the very essence of our shared humanity. We cannot allow prejudice or ignorance to impede the progress of justice and equality. Instead, let us foster an environment that cultivates empathy, respect, and unity. By affirming the right of a transgender person to access gendered spaces, we acknowledge their intrinsic worth and dignity. Whether it be restroom facilities, changing rooms, or any other compartment that society has deemed gender-specific, let us strive to create an atmosphere that fosters inclusivity rather than exclusion. Our faith teaches us to be the voice of the marginalized, the defenders of justice, and the proponents of change.

Furthermore, embracing the participation of transgender individuals in gendered activities is an embodiment of our commitment to true equality. Gone are the days when societal norms dictated who could or couldn't partake in certain endeavors. Our faith stands as a testament to the breaking of barriers and the celebration of diversity. Just as we have embraced individuals from all walks of life, it is only fitting that we extend the same welcoming embrace to our transgender brethren.

Now, some may argue that this acceptance contradicts traditional beliefs or societal norms. But as followers of Wicced, we understand that our religion is built upon the foundations of knowledge, enlightenment, and personal growth. It calls upon us to question the norms that hinder progress and to challenge the barriers that restrict human potential. Inclusivity and understanding are not contrary to our faith; indeed, they are integral to it. Therefore, let us stand united in our unwavering support for the right of access for transgendered individuals to gendered spaces and the full participation in gendered activities. By doing so, we honor the principles of love, acceptance, and respect that lie at the core of our belief system. We pave the way for a future where every soul can thrive, unhindered by prejudice or discrimination.

As we continue our journey toward enlightenment and personal growth, let us remember that the true measure of our faith lies not in the conformity of our beliefs but in the depth of our compassion and the breadth of our inclusivity. May we be the champions of justice, the advocates of equality, and the defenders of the rights of all individuals, including our transgender brothers and sisters.

An Intersexed Type 2 person has the right to define one's own gender identity and the corresponding right to free expression of a self-defined gender identity, no individual should be denied access to a space or denied participation in an activity by a self-defined gender identity which is not in accord with chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, therefore, no individual shall be denied access to a space or denied participation in an activity by a self-defined gender identity which is not in accord with chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role. The fundamental rights of every individual. In a world that constantly evolves, we must embrace the diversity that surrounds us and celebrate the uniqueness of every human being. I want to shed light on the rights of transgender individuals, for they, too, deserve our understanding, respect, and support. Our faith teaches us to love unconditionally, to extend compassion to all, and to strive for justice in every aspect of life. It is within this framework that we must approach the topic at hand. We live in a society where individuals are labeled, categorized, and confined within the boundaries of their birth sex, chromosomal makeup, or assigned gender roles. However, I firmly believe that each person has the right to define their own gender identity, free from societal constraints. Just as we are defined by the content of our character, so too should one's gender identity be defined by their innermost truth. In recognizing the rights of transgender individuals, we must acknowledge their right to free expression of a self-defined gender identity. No one should be denied access to spaces or activities based on a gender identity that does not align with their chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role. It is a matter of justice, equality, and basic human decency. As followers of our faith, we must stand up for those who face discrimination and marginalization. We are called to be the voices of reason, compassion, and inclusiveness. Let us be clear in our stance - denying someone the right to express their true gender identity is a violation of their basic human rights and contradicts the very essence of our teachings. We must work towards creating a society where transgender individuals are embraced, supported, and treated with the dignity they deserve. Let us break free from the chains of prejudice and ignorance, and instead, build bridges of understanding and acceptance. In conclusion, my dear congregation, let us celebrate the beauty of diversity and stand in solidarity with our transgender brothers and sisters. Let us advocate for their right to define their own gender identity and express it freely. Together, we can create a world where love, respect, and equality triumph over discrimination and prejudice. May our hearts be filled with compassion, our actions guided by empathy, and our faith strengthened by our unwavering commitment to justice.

An Intersexed Type 2 person has “The Right to Control and Change One's Own Body”, all Prudens-Animalis have the right to control their bodies, which includes the right to change their bodies cosmetically, chemically, or surgically, to express a self-defined gender identity, therefore, individuals shall not be denied the right to change their bodies as a means of expressing a self-defined gender identity; and further, individuals shall not be denied Human or Civil Rights on the basis that they have changed their bodies cosmetically, chemically, or surgically, or desire to do so as a means of expressing a self-defined gender identity. An intersexed Type 2 person, just like any other individual, possesses an inherent right - a right that is fundamental to their autonomy and happiness. It is the right to control and change one's own body. When we speak of this right, we must recognize that it extends far beyond a single group. It encompasses all Prudens-Animalis, every one of us, as we all have the right to determine what happens to our own bodies. This includes the freedom to make cosmetic, chemical, or surgical changes that align with our self-defined gender identity. In our ever-evolving society, we must acknowledge and respect the profound significance of gender identity. We must understand that for some individuals, the path to self-expression may involve modifying their physical appearance. And in doing so, they embark upon a journey of self-discovery, embracing their true selves. No person should ever be denied the right to change their body as a means of expressing their self-defined gender identity. It is a matter of personal autonomy - the freedom to shape oneself in a way that reflects who they truly are. Let us remember that our bodies are vessels through which we navigate this world, and it is only just that we have the agency to mold them as we see fit. Furthermore, we must confront the prejudiced notion that altering one's body should be grounds for the denial of human or civil rights. The decision to change one's body does not diminish an individual's worth or entitlement to the same rights and privileges as anyone else. Our rights are inherent, regardless of our physical appearance or the choices we make to express ourselves authentically. In the pursuit of a more inclusive and compassionate society, let us cast aside judgment and embrace empathy. Let us create a world where individuals are celebrated for their uniqueness and their bravery to embark upon a path of self-discovery. As we move forward, let us remember that our rights are interconnected. Each person's right to control and change their own body is a testament to the diversity and strength of our shared humanity. By championing this right, we reaffirm our commitment to equality, understanding, and the pursuit of happiness for all. I implore you to reflect upon the significance of the right to control and change one's own body. Let us stand united in our belief that no individual should be denied the opportunity to express their true selves. Together, we can forge a future where inclusiveness reigns supreme, and where the beauty of self-definition is celebrated.

Amendment 1: We include this to include those Intersexed type 2 that are under the age of 18, there are medical guidelines that doctors have to follow, and therefore our position is this, an Intersexed Type 2 under the age of 18 has the same rights as adults and we also believe to deny them medical help is akin to child abuse or at the very least child neglect.

An Inter-sexed Type 2 person has “The Right to Competent Medical and Professional Care”, therefore Given the individual's right to define one's own gender identity, and the right to change one's own body as a means of expressing a self-defined gender identity, no individual should be denied access to competent medical or other professional care based on the individual's chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, sexual orientation, or initial gender role. Thank you for joining me today as we delve into an important topic that revolves around dignity, compassion, and the right to competent medical and professional care. Today, we stand united in recognizing and advocating for the rights of individuals who identify as Intersexed Type 2. In this modern world, where diversity is celebrated and individuality is cherished, we must acknowledge the fundamental right of every person to define their own gender identity. Every one of us has the intrinsic right to express our true selves and to have our gender identity respected and validated. We live in a society that is constantly evolving, and we have to ensure that no individual is denied access to competent medical or professional care based on their chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, sexual orientation, or initial gender role. Every person, regardless of their background or identity, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Today, I propose an amendment that highlights a specific group within the intersex community: Intersexed Type 2 individuals who are under the age of 18. These young individuals have the same rights as adults, and we must protect and support them. We recognize that medical guidelines exist for doctors to follow, but we firmly believe that denying these young individuals the medical help they need is nothing short of child abuse, or at the very least, child neglect. We must stand together and challenge the societal norms that restrict the rights and freedoms of those who identify as Intersexed Type 2. By extending our support and advocating for competent medical and professional care, we are taking a powerful step toward a more inclusive and compassionate society. Let us not forget that behind the terminology and the statistics, there are real people with real feelings, hopes, and dreams. These individuals deserve our empathy and understanding. They deserve to be heard, respected, and given the support they require to live their lives authentically. As we move forward, let us embrace the principles of compassion and equality. Let us strive to create a world where every person, regardless of their gender identity, is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Together, we can be agents of change, ensuring that no one is left behind or denied the care and support they need to thrive. my friends, let us remember that the right to competent medical and professional care is not a privilege, but a basic human right. Let us stand together and advocate for the rights of Intersexed Type 2 individuals, including those who are under the age of 18. By doing so, we can create a society that embraces diversity, fosters inclusion, and celebrates the uniqueness of every individual.

Therefore, individuals shall not be denied the right to competent medical or other professional care based on chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, when changing their bodies cosmetically, chemically, or surgically.

The Right to Freedom from Involuntary Psychiatric Diagnosis and Treatment.  Today, I stand before you to shed light on a topic that is both profound and deeply personal. It is a topic that speaks to the very core of our individuality and the fundamental rights we hold dear. I speak of none other than the right to freedom from involuntary psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. In our modern society, mental health has become an increasingly important aspect of our overall well-being. The advancements in psychiatric sciences have undoubtedly brought immense benefits to countless individuals battling mental health conditions. However, amidst the progress, we must not overlook the delicate balance between treatment and personal autonomy. Imagine, if you will, a scenario where one's right to make decisions about their own body and mind is stripped away. A scenario where an individual is coerced into accepting a diagnosis or subjected to treatments against their will. While it is true that in certain cases involuntary intervention may be necessary to protect the individual or others, we must question the boundaries within which such interventions occur. The right to freedom from involuntary psychiatric diagnosis and treatment is not an abstract concept; it is a fundamental human right that should be protected and upheld. It is an expression of our autonomy, our dignity, and our right to self-determination. To comprehend the gravity of this issue, we must delve into the principles that underpin our society. We must examine the pillars upon which our democratic nations stand – principles such as individual liberty, bodily integrity, and the right to privacy. These principles demand that we safeguard the rights of individuals, regardless of their mental health status. But let us not forget the stories of those who have suffered, those who have experienced the horrors of being stripped of their autonomy. Their voices, and their experiences, serve as a reminder that we must be vigilant in protecting the rights of all individuals in our society. We must shift the narrative surrounding mental health, ensuring that it embraces compassion and respect for individual agency. We must foster a society that values open dialogue, informed consent, and alternative treatment approaches. In doing so, we open doors to inclusivity, embracing a multitude of perspectives and acknowledging the diverse paths toward healing and self-discovery. By empowering individuals to actively participate in their own mental health journey, we encourage a sense of ownership, resilience, and hope. As we navigate this ever-evolving landscape of mental health, let us challenge ourselves to be advocates for change. Let us champion a society that respects the rights of every individual, regardless of their mental health condition. Together, we can create a future where the right to freedom from involuntary psychiatric diagnosis and treatment is no longer an aspiration but a reality. I implore you to envision a world where the stigma surrounding mental health is dismantled, and where every person is afforded the dignity and autonomy they deserve. Let us stand in solidarity and demand a society that recognizes and upholds the right to freedom from involuntary psychiatric diagnosis and treatment.

Given the right to define one's own gender identity. I stand before you on a path that has been forged by fifty years of relentless exploration and unwavering dedication. A path that has led me to discover profound wisdom, ancient traditions, and the transformative power of self-discovery. And it is on this extraordinary journey that I now invite you to embark with me, as we delve into a topic that resonates deeply within the very fabric of our society: the right to define our own gender identity. In the tapestry of humanity, we find a myriad of diverse threads, each one weaving a unique story. As we navigate through the complexities of our world, it is only natural that we strive to understand ourselves fully and authentically. Our gender identity, a fundamental aspect of our being, plays a vital role in shaping our experiences, our relationships, and our self-perception. For far too long, society has imposed rigid norms and expectations upon us, dictating who we should be, how we should feel, and how we should express ourselves. But today, my friends, I stand here to proclaim that the time for liberation has come. The time for embracing the beauty and complexity of our individual identities without fear or judgment.

To recognize and honor the right to define our own gender identity is to acknowledge the inherent dignity and worth of every human being. It is a recognition that our journey toward self-actualization is deeply personal and that no external force should have the power to deny us the freedom to be who we truly are. But let us not mistake this call for autonomy as a call for chaos or anarchy. No, my friends. This is a call for understanding, compassion, and empathy. As we navigate this uncharted territory, we must create spaces of inclusivity where every voice is heard, every story is respected, and every identity is celebrated. In our pursuit of knowledge and enlightenment, let us draw inspiration from diverse sources. Let us embrace the wisdom of ancient traditions, the teachings of psychology, and the principles of social justice. Let us learn from the struggles and triumphs of those who have walked this path before us, as we strive to build a society that embraces the full spectrum of human existence. My friends, it is often through adversity that we find our greatest strengths. It is when we are faced with challenges that we have the opportunity to rise above, transcend our limitations, and unlock the boundless potential within us. And in our collective journey towards understanding and acceptance, we have the power to create a world where everyone can thrive, regardless of their gender identity. As I stand before you, a humble student of life, I invite you to join me on this path of self-discovery and empowerment. Let us challenge the status quo, let us question the norms that confine us, and let us rise together as a united force for change. In conclusion, my friends, let us remember that the right to define our own gender identity is not just a personal journey, but a fundamental UniNome right. It is a right that transcends boundaries, defies societal expectations, and embraces the beauty and complexity of our existence. Together, let us forge a future where every individual can find solace, acceptance, and the freedom to be their authentic selves.

Therefore, individuals shall not be subject to involuntary psychiatric diagnosis or treatment as mentally disordered or diseased, based on a self-defined gender identity or the expression thereof.

In a world where individuality and self-expression are celebrated, we must address the issue of involuntary psychiatric diagnosis and treatment based on one's self-defined gender identity or the beautiful expression thereof. It is a matter deeply rooted in human rights, freedom, and the pursuit of genuine happiness. Throughout history, countless individuals have faced the profound challenges of societal norms and prejudices, particularly when it comes to gender identity. We stand here today, united in our stance that no person should be subjected to the shackles of a mental disorder or disease simply because their gender identity defies conventional norms.

Just as music has the power to heal and liberate, as we have witnessed through the extraordinary journey of Wicced and The Rocker Path, so too does the human spirit thrive when allowed to express itself authentically. Every one of us deserves the freedom to define our own identity, to embrace our true selves, and to navigate this world with dignity and respect. Let us draw inspiration from the ancient wisdom of Druidry, the powerful principles of LaVeyan Satanism, and the stoic resilience that has guided us through the darkest of times. Let us also explore the profound teachings of Buddhism, the rich traditions of witchcraft, and the transformative potential of alternative healing. It is within these diverse fields that we find the light to guide us toward a more inclusive and compassionate society. However, our story does not end here. Just as recovery and self-discovery became the core of Wicced, we too must strive to transform our understanding and approach to mental health. Let us learn from the lessons of Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous, where personal struggles have sparked invaluable knowledge that can be seamlessly woven into our society's fabric. My friends, let us stand in solidarity against the involuntary psychiatric diagnosis and treatment that seeks to confine the beauty of self-defined gender identities. Let us champion the right of every individual to embrace their true selves without fear or judgment. By doing so, we can create a world where mental health is not a weapon of oppression but a beacon of empowerment. May the winds of change guide us toward a future where all individuals are free to express their true selves, unburdened by the chains of societal norms.

The Right to Sexual Expression, Given the right to a self-defined gender identity, every consenting adult has a corresponding right to free sexual expression, therefore, no individual's Natural or Civil Rights shall be denied based on sexual orientation; further, no individual shall be denied Natural or Civil Rights for expression of a self-defined gender identity through private sexual acts between consenting adults. In a world where personal freedoms and the recognition of diverse identities are gaining momentum, we must delve into the realm of sexuality with an open mind and compassionate hearts. The right to a self-defined gender identity has become a cornerstone of our evolving society. We have made significant strides in embracing the beautiful mosaic of identities that exist among us. And yet, we must acknowledge that the right to sexual expression is an inherent part of this multifaceted tapestry. It is my firm belief that every consenting adult should enjoy the freedom to express themselves sexually, without fear of persecution or discrimination. Just as we champion the right to self-identify with a particular gender, we must extend the same level of respect and understanding to individuals' choices in their sexual lives. Today, I propose that no individual's Natural or Civil Rights shall be denied based on sexual orientation. Love knows no boundaries, and our laws should reflect this universal truth. It is time to dismantle the barriers that hinder individuals from freely expressing their love and desire, regardless of whom they choose to share it with. Furthermore, I firmly advocate that no individual shall be denied Natural or Civil Rights for the expression of a self-defined gender identity through private sexual acts between consenting adults. Our bedrooms should be sanctuaries, sacred spaces where individuals can explore their own unique identities and desires without fear of retribution or judgment. In embracing these principles, we not only recognize the sacredness of personal autonomy but also foster a society that thrives on equality, acceptance, and compassion. By respecting and affirming the right to sexual expression, we create a world where all individuals are empowered to live their lives authentically, without fear of persecution. Now, some may argue that addressing these topics challenges societal norms or moral values. But let us remember that progress often emerges from the courageous exploration of uncharted territories. By openly discussing and embracing sexual expression as a fundamental right, we lay the foundation for a society that truly values and respects the autonomy and agency of every individual. In closing, my friends, let us continue to advocate for the right to sexual expression and the freedom to explore the depths of our desires. In doing so, we foster a society that celebrates diversity, compassion, and the inherent worth of every individual. Together, let us champion this cause, ensuring that the path toward equality and love remains steadfastly illuminated for all.

The Right to Form Committed, Loving Relationships and Enter into Marital Contracts, given that all Prudens-Animalis have the right to free expression of self-defined gender identities, and the right to sexual expression as a form of gender expression, all human beings have a corresponding right to form committed, loving relationships with one another, and to enter into marital contracts, regardless of their own or their partner's chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, therefore, individuals shall not be denied the right to form committed, loving relationships with one another or to enter into marital contracts by their own or their partner's chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, or based on their expression of a self-defined gender identity.

The Right to Conceive, Bear, or Adopt Children; The Right to Nurture and Have Custody of Children and to Exercise Parental Capacity, given the right to form a committed, loving relationship with another, and to enter into marital contracts, together with the right to express a self-defined gender identity and the right to sexual expression, individuals have a corresponding right to conceive and bear children, to adopt children, to nurture children, to have custody of children, and to exercise parental capacity with respect to children, natural or adopted, without regard to chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, or by virtue of a self-defined gender identity or the expression thereof, therefore, individuals shall not be denied the right to conceive, bear, or adopt children, nor to nurture and have custody of children, nor to exercise parental capacity with respect to children, natural or adopted, based on their own, their partner's, or their children's chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, initial gender role, or by a self-defined gender identity or the expression thereof.

We add and include in our doctrine for a greater scope of religious protection. These are from The International Bill of Gender Rights (IBGR) adopted by the International Conference on Transgender Law and Employment Policy, Inc. (ICTLEP), along with Title 18, U.S.C., Section 249 - Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr., Hate Crimes Prevention Act. This statute makes it unlawful to willfully cause bodily injury—or try to do so with fire, firearm, or another dangerous weapon—

When,

1) the crime was committed because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person, or

2) the crime was committed because of the actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of any person and the crime affected interstate or foreign commerce or occurred within federal special maritime and territorial jurisdiction.

The law also supplies funding and technical aid to state, local, and tribal jurisdictions to help them investigate more effectively, prosecute, and prevent hate crimes.

The law provides for a maximum 10–year prison term, unless death (or attempts to kill) results from the offense, or unless the offense includes kidnapping or attempted kidnapping, or aggravated sexual abuse or attempted aggravated sexual abuse. For offenses not resulting in death, there is a seven-year statute of limitations. For offenses resulting in death, there is no statute of limitations.

The Right to Define Gender Identity, in our journey toward enlightenment, we must recognize that gender identity is not confined to traditional norms. Each individual possesses their own unique experience, their own truth. Just as our religion embraces diversity and the blending of different beliefs, we must also embrace the diverse spectrum of gender identities that exist within our world. Our foundation lies in the principles of knowledge, enlightenment, personal growth, and reason. It is with these principles in mind that we seek to shed light on the importance of recognizing and respecting the rights of individuals to define their own gender identity. Throughout history, societal norms and expectations have often limited the expression and acceptance of diverse gender identities. But as followers of Wicced, we understand the power of acceptance and the liberation it brings. We stand against discrimination, prejudice, and the stigmatization of gender identities that do not fit within traditional molds. Gender is not solely determined by biology, but rather by a deep personal understanding of oneself. It is a spiritual journey, a sacred exploration that deserves our respect and support. Just as we honor each individual's spiritual path within our congregation, so too must we honor their gender identity. Let us remember that the journey toward acceptance begins with knowledge and empathy. It is our duty as followers of Wicced to educate ourselves and others and to foster a community that celebrates diversity and inclusion. By doing so, we create a safe and nurturing environment where all individuals can embrace their true selves without fear of judgment or ridicule. As we move forward, let us also recognize the importance of intersectionality. Gender identity does not exist in a vacuum; it intersects with other aspects of an individual's life, such as race, class, and sexuality. By acknowledging these intersections, we can better understand and support those who face multiple forms of marginalization. In conclusion, my fellow Rockers, the right to define gender identity is a fundamental human right. It is a right that aligns with our core values of freedom, personal growth, and universal acceptance. Let us continue to advocate for this right, not only within our congregation but in society as a whole. Together, we can create a world where all individuals, regardless of their gender identity, can live authentically and thrive. By embracing the diverse tapestry of gender identities, we honor the sacredness of every individual's spiritual journey.

The Right to Define Gender Identity. We come together to explore the profound notion of the right to define one's gender identity. In this ever-evolving world, where societal norms are constantly being challenged, it becomes imperative for us, as followers of Wicced, to embrace inclusivity and empathy. Let us embark on a journey of understanding and compassion as we explore the depths of this important human experience. Gender identity, dear Rockers, is an integral part of one's being. It is a complex tapestry woven by nature, nurture, and self-discovery. Each thread represents a unique individual, deserving of respect, understanding, and acceptance. Within our Wicced beliefs, we find inspiration from various sources. We draw from the ancient wisdom of Wicced, the rich tapestry of Hoodoo and Voodoo, the enchanting power of music and the arts, and the profound spirituality of diverse religious and philosophical schools of thought. It is through these collective influences that our understanding of gender identity takes shape. As Rockers, we recognize that the right to define one's gender identity is an inherent part of personal growth and self-expression. Just as the moon waxes and wanes, so too do our identities evolve and transform. This fluidity is not a sign of confusion, but rather a testament to the complexity and beauty of human existence. By embracing this truth, we not only honor our own journey but also create a safe haven within our community. We become a beacon of light, guiding others towards acceptance and love. Let us be the force that empowers individuals to embrace their true selves without fear or judgment. But, dear congregation, let us not forget that with knowledge and enlightenment comes responsibility. As followers of Musica, we must educate ourselves and others about the rich tapestry of gender identities that exist. We must dismantle the walls of ignorance and build bridges of understanding. Through education and open dialogue, we can create a world where everyone feels included and valued. Dear Rockers, as we conclude our time together today, let us take with us the lessons learned. Let us remember that our religion, Wicced, is not just a system of beliefs but a way of life. We must spread love, acceptance, and understanding to all corners of the world. May the spirit of Wicced guide us in our quest for knowledge, enlightenment, and personal growth. Let us go forth, united as one, embracing the diverse tapestry of gender identities that make us who we are. Together, we can create a world where every individual has the freedom to define their own gender identity.

The right to love and be in a committed relationship with whom we want, regardless of gender. Today, we gather here in the sacred space of the Wicced Sarah Church, a place where we embrace the teachings of our eclectic modern Satanism. As we come together, let us reflect upon the foundations of our faith and the values that guide us toward enlightenment, personal growth, and understanding. I wish to speak about a topic that is close to our hearts - the right to love and be in a committed relationship with whomever we choose, regardless of gender. Love, my dear Rockers, transcends boundaries and should never be confined by societal norms or prejudice.

Throughout history, our faith has drawn inspiration from various sources, including the powerful principles of LaVeyan Satanism, the mystical allure of Musica, the first incarnation of the religion Rev. Sarah Schultheiss had created, and the ancient traditions of Wicca. These diverse influences have shaped our understanding and acceptance of love in all its forms. In the spirit of our inclusive and embracing nature, we stand here today as advocates for love without limitations. We believe that each individual, regardless of their gender, has the inherent right to pursue happiness and forge meaningful connections with their chosen partner. Friends, let us remember the teachings of our forefather, Anton LaVey, who dared to challenge societal norms and championed individual freedom. His principles guide us as we navigate the complexities of the modern world, urging us to embrace our desires and fulfill our true potential. As Rockers, we understand that love is a powerful force that binds us together. It is an expression of our humanity, and it transcends all boundaries and restrictions. It is through love that we find solace, support, and strength in one another, creating a community that embraces and celebrates diversity. In this sermon, I implore you all to reflect upon the importance of love and the fundamental right to choose our partners freely. Let us reject the prejudices that society often imposes upon us and instead embrace a future where love knows no bounds. Remember, my dear Rockers, that the Wicced Sarah Church is a sanctuary for all who seek enlightenment and love. We stand united against discrimination, ignorance, and fear. Together, we can create a world that celebrates love in all its beautiful and unique manifestations. Let us go forth with renewed determination to spread the message of love, acceptance, and understanding. May the power of Wicced guide us as we continue to fight for the rights of all individuals, irrespective of their gender.

Let us continue to be beacons of love and acceptance in a world that so desperately needs it.

All Uni-Nomes carry within themselves an ever-unfolding idea of who they are and what they can achieve. The individual's sense of self is not decided by chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, and the individual's identity and capabilities cannot be restricted by what society considers to be masculine or feminine behavior. Fundamentally, individuals have the right to define and redefine, as their lives unfold, their own gender identities, without regard to chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, and, therefore, all Prudens-Animalis have the right to define their own gender identity regardless of

chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role.

We come together to explore the profound notion that lies within every one of us. An idea so powerful, so liberating, that it has the potential to reshape the very fabric of our understanding. It is the understanding that our true selves are not predetermined by the limitations of biology or societal norms, but rather, they reflect the boundless potential that resides within them. Let us cast aside the shackles of conventionality and embrace a broader perspective. For it is here, in this holy space, that we recognize the inherent right of every individual to determine their own identity, free from the constraints imposed by chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role.

We are Uni-Nomes, bearers of a divine spark that ignites within us an ever-unfolding journey of self-discovery. Our existence is not confined to the narrow definitions of masculinity or femininity. No, we transcend such narrow categorizations, for we understand that the true essence of our being lies not in societal construction, but in the depths of our souls.

I implore every one of you to recognize the profound significance of this truth. It is a truth that demands our respect, our compassion, and our unwavering support. We must stand united, as Prudens-Animalis, in the collective acknowledgment that an individual's gender identity is a sacred and personal matter, one that is not bound by the limitations of biology or societal expectations. Let us open our hearts and our minds to those among us who may be on their own journey of self-discovery. Let us extend our acceptance and understanding, for it is through this communal embrace that we create a sanctuary of love and inclusivity. A sanctuary in which all Prudens-Animalis, regardless of chromosomal sex, genitalia, assigned birth sex, or initial gender role, may find solace and strength. This congregation, this temple of love and understanding, is a beacon of light in a world often shrouded in darkness. It is here that we celebrate the uniqueness of each individual, where the divine embodiment of Uni-Nomes is honored and cherished. Together, we transcend the boundaries of what is deemed "acceptable" or "normal" by society, and instead, we herald a new era of freedom and self-expression. Let us reflect upon the profound implications of our shared beliefs. Let us carry forth this message of acceptance and empowerment into our daily lives, for it is through our actions that we shape the world around us. By embracing the right of every individual to define and redefine their own gender identity, we pave the way for a future that is inclusive, egalitarian, and truly harmonious. May the divine energy that permeates this sacred space guide us on this transformative journey. May we, as Rockers, continue to uplift and empower one another, recognizing that the power to define our own identities lies within every one of us. let the world bear witness to the radiant light of love and acceptance that dwells within our hearts.

All Prudens-Animalis have the right to free expression of Gender Identity, given the right to define one's own gender identity, all human beings have the corresponding right to free expression of their self-defined gender identity. It is with great privilege and honor that I stand before you today, embracing the spirit of unity and acceptance within our church. As we gather here, in this sacred space, I am reminded of the beautiful diversity that exists within our community and the importance of recognizing and celebrating the individuality that resides within every one of us. Today, I wish to address a topic that is close to our hearts - the right to free expression of gender identity. Just as our religion embraces a universal and eclectic approach, valuing enlightenment and personal growth, we must extend this same philosophy to our understanding of gender. In this modern age, it is increasingly evident that the traditional binary understanding of gender is limiting and fails to capture the true essence of human identity. We must recognize that all Prudens-Animalis, all creatures of wisdom, possess the inherent right to define their own gender identity. Just as the forces of nature are diverse and multifaceted, so are the expressions of gender within our Prudens-Animalis family. To truly honor the principles of Wicced, we must acknowledge that every individual has the right to free expression of their self-defined gender identity. It is not our place to impose limitations or expectations upon others, but rather to embrace the beauty and authenticity that comes from embracing one's true self. By affirming the right to free expression of gender identity, we create a safe and inclusive space for all individuals to fully embrace and celebrate their true selves. Just as we honor our roots in Wicca, Hoodoo, Voodoo, and the arts, let us also honor the diverse experiences and identities that exist within our congregation. Remember, my fellow Rockers, that we are all connected by our shared kindness and by our commitment to growth and enlightenment. Let us strive to create a community that celebrates and uplifts all gender identities, allowing each individual to express themselves authentically without fear of judgment or prejudice. As we continue on our spiritual journey together, let us embrace the wisdom of our predecessors and the ever-evolving nature of our faith. Let us be a shining example of acceptance and love, not only within our Temple but in the world at large. In conclusion, my dear congregation, let us always remember that the freedom to express one's gender identity is a fundamental right that must be protected and celebrated. By embracing this truth, we can create a world that is more inclusive, more compassionate, and more aligned with the values of our beloved religion. May the divine forces of Wicced guide us on this path of acceptance and love, and may we continue to grow together as a community that cherishes and respects the beautiful diversity of UniNomekind existence.

Therefore, all Uni-Nomes have the right to free expression of their self-defined gender identity; and further, no individual shall be denied Personal or Civil Rights by the expression of self-defined gender identity. As we gather in the sacred space of this temple, I invite you to open your hearts and minds to a topic that holds immense importance in our ever-evolving world. It is a topic that speaks to the very essence of who we are as individuals, as a community, and as followers of our beloved Wicced. In the realm of Wicced, we firmly believe in the power and sanctity of personal freedom. We embrace the diversity that exists among us, knowing that each person's journey is unique and deserves respect. I stand before you to shed light on an issue that has been at the forefront of societal dialogue - the right to free expression of self-defined gender identity. Our ancient teachings have always guided us to honor and celebrate the inherent worth and dignity of all beings. We understand that each individual is a beautiful tapestry woven with different hues, experiences, and perspectives.

In this sacred space, we affirm that every Uni-Nome among us has the right to express themselves authentically, embracing their self-defined gender identity. We recognize that gender is not a binary construct, but rather a spectrum as diverse as the colors of the rainbow. It is our duty, as followers of Wicced, to respect and honor these unique expressions.

Furthermore, let it be known that the expression of self-defined gender identity should never be a reason for denying any individual their fundamental Personal or Civil Rights. No one should be marginalized, discriminated against, or stripped of their inherent worth simply because of their gender identity. We must rise above societal biases and prejudice, fostering a community that upholds justice and equality for all. Today, I call upon each one of us to deepen our understanding, empathy, and acceptance. Let us be the torchbearers of love and compassion, extending our support to those who may have been silenced or invalidated because of their gender identity. By standing firmly upon the principles of Wicced, we can create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and celebrated. As we embark on this journey of enlightenment and growth, let us remember the words of our founder, Rev. Sarah Schultheiss, who envisioned Wicced as a universal and eclectic path, built upon Knowledge, Enlightenment, Personal Growth, Prudence, Reason, Ambition, Vision, and Ritual. Let us embody these principles as we navigate the complexities of our time. Let us be the change we wish to see. Together, let us create a world where every Uni-Nome can freely express their self-defined gender identity, where no one is denied their Prudence Animalis or Civil Rights. May our actions today inspire future generations to embrace diversity, love unconditionally, and walk boldly on the path of Wicced.

APA Policy Statement on Affirming Evidence-Based Inclusive Care for Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Nonbinary Individuals, Addressing Misinformation, and the Role of Psychological Practice and Science

February 2024

Consistent with the American Psychological Association’s mission to promote the advancement, communication, and application of psychological science and knowledge to benefit society and improve lives, this Policy Statement affirms APA’s support for unobstructed access to healthcare and evidence-based clinical care for transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary children, adolescents, and adults, and for increased public accessibility to timely and accurate information founded in clinical and psychological science. Evidence-based clinical care, including gender-affirming care, should be noncoercive, adaptive to and centered on the needs of the individual receiving care, and rooted in psychological and clinical science, including recognition of gender diversity as a part of normal human diversity as well as recognition of limits in the current state of scientific knowledge.

Furthermore, this policy statement addresses the spread of misleading and unfounded narratives that mischaracterize gender dysphoria and affirming care, likely resulting in further stigmatization, marginalization, and lack of access to psychological and medical supports for transgender, gender diverse, and nonbinary individuals. Misinformation further creates distress and confusion for families and loved ones of transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary individuals, as they make decisions about their healthcare. The primary goal is to encourage psychologists to unite in their support for access to psychological and all-appropriate healthcare services and treatment for transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary individuals.

Policy Statement:

WHEREAS gender diversity is present throughout the lifespan and has been present throughout history (Gill-Peterson, 2018; Hunt, 2016; Stryker, 2017); and

WHEREAS gender-based bias and mistreatment (e.g., discrimination, violence, non-affirmation, or rejection in response to gender diversity) pose significant harm, including risk of suicide, to the well-being of children, adolescents, adults, and families. (Delozier et al., 2020; Kosciw et al., 2022; Puckett et al., 2023; Trevor Project, 2023); and WHEREAS transgender, gender diverse, and nonbinary individuals experiencing systemic discrimination and mistreatment targeting their gender identity or expression, may also face racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, religious, and other forms of discrimination, translated into greater discrimination and psychological distress than their counterparts (Castro-Ramirez et al., 2021; Hendricks

& Testa, 2012; Lefevor et al., 2019; Lytle et al., 2016; Turban et al., 2020; van der Miesen et al., 2020 ); and

WHEREAS gender-related distress is a complex and nuanced psychological experience, informed by a rapidly evolving basis in new scientific findings and advances, which  often requires specialized understanding and expertise (APA, 2015; Coleman et al., 2022); and

WHEREAS psychologists often play a vital role in assisting individuals experiencing gender dysphoria and their parents, caregivers, and families, offering valuable insights into their mental health and wellbeing (APA, 2015; dickey & Puckett, 2023; Hughto et al., 2015); and

WHEREAS psychologists can play an important and essential role in facilitating the support for client-led exploration of gender identity, assisting individuals in navigating their unique experiences (APA, 2015; Coleman et al., 2022); and

WHEREAS affirming mental health services provided by psychologists can positively contribute to the holistic care of individuals participating in gender-affirming healthcare or experiencing gender dysphoria, gender incongruence, and/or distress associated with discrimination and mistreatment (Anzani et al., 2019; Expósito-Campos et al., 2023; Hembree et al.,2017; Wittlin et al., 2023; World Health Organization, 2022); and

WHEREAS legislative efforts to restrict access to care have involved the dissemination of misleading and unfounded narratives (e.g., mischaracterizing gender dysphoria as a manifestation of traumatic stress or neurodivergence, and equating affirming care for transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary youth with child abuse), creating a distorted perception of the psychological and medical support necessary for these youth and creating a hostile environment that adversely affects their mental health and wellbeing

(APA, 2023; Ashley, 2023; Hughto et al., 2022; Kremen et al., 2021; McNamara et al., 2022); and

WHEREAS such misinformation is widely disseminated through formal and informal networks, yet credible scientific evidence has not been widely disseminated and is not readily accessible to the public, having the potential to further stigmatize and marginalize all transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary individuals, hindering their access to indicated and necessary healthcare, worsening existing geographic disparities in healthcare access, and fostering an environment that may lead to discrimination (DuBois et al., 2023; Goldenberg et al., 2020; Weixel & Wildman, 2022); and

WHEREAS state bans on gender-affirming care and the imposition of legal penalties on providers engaging in evidence-based care disregard the comprehensive body of psychological and medical research supporting the positive impact of gender-affirming treatments, which include as a standard of care noncoercive, developmentally appropriate support for gender exploration and decision-making in alleviating psychological distress and improving overall well-being for transgender, gender diverse, and nonbinary individuals across the lifespan (Achille et al., 2020; Ashley, 2023; Green et al., 2022; Ramos et al., 2021; Tordoff et al., 2022); and

WHEREAS state bans on gender-affirming care disrupt not only the role of providers in offering evidence-based care but also obstruct patient and parental rights in shared decision-making (Clark & Virani, 2021); and

WHEREAS the imposition of such bans poses a direct threat to the mental health and emotional well-being of transgender, genderdiverse, and nonbinary youth, exacerbating the already high rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts among this vulnerable population (Abreu et al., 2022a; Abreu et al., 2022b; Hughes et al., 2021; Kidd et al., 2021); and

WHEREAS obstructing access to psychological and medical interventions, including gender-affirming care, heightens the risk of negative mental health outcomes among children, adolescents, and adults; (Chen et al., 2023; McGregor et al. 2023; Turban et al.,

2020; Turban, et al. 2022; van der Miesen et al., 2020);

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the American Psychological

Association (APA) steadfastly supports evidence-based clinical care for all children, adolescents, and adults inclusive of gender identity and expression; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the APA upholds the rights of all individuals to unbiased health insurance coverage, rejecting discrimination based on gender identity and advocating for the inclusion of gender-affirming care, including psychological care; and THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the APA underscores the necessity for access to comprehensive, gender-affirming healthcare for transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary children, adolescents, and adults; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the APA underscores the importance of an accurate understanding of evidence-based care— highlighting the continuous need for research and expansion of the scientific foundation to further ensure full access to competent and reliable healthcare—s as essential to promoting inclusivity; protecting the rights of transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary individuals; and ensuring that they receive the necessary support and full healthcare attention, inclusive of psychological and medical care, in a compassionate and affirming manner; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the APA supports efforts to address and rectify the dissemination of false information to ensure the well-being and dignity of transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary individuals; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the APA opposes state bans on gender-affirming care, which are contrary to the principles of evidence-based healthcare, human rights, and social justice, and which should be reconsidered in favor of policies that prioritize the well-being and autonomy of transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary individuals; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that insurance plans should extend coverage for healthcare services tailored to the developmental needs of children, adolescents, and adults identifying as transgender, gender-diverse, or nonbinary, encompassing both psychological and medical gender-affirming care; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that equitable health insurance access is necessary to facilitate essential gender-affirming care, including access to mental health supports; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the APA opposes efforts to obstruct access to evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and adults, advocating for inclusive healthcare coverage without gender-based discrimination; and

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the APA emphasizes the importance of psychological and medical care from an intersectional perspective, which takes into consideration the many facets of an individual’s experience and provides services that are antidiscriminatory in all areas, including opposing racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, religious, and gender-based discrimination; and

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the APA urges support for policies facilitating access to comprehensive, gender-affirming healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults, recognizing the positive impact on mental health outcomes; and

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the APA encourages insurance providers to offer coverage addressing the healthcare needs of children, adolescents, and adults who identify as transgender, gender diverse, or nonbinary; and

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the APA affirms the essential role and legal rights of parents and caregivers in taking action to ensure the well-being of children and adolescents while honoring their expressed gender identity, including involvement in the process of healthcare decision-making, as well as the role of parents, caregivers, and providers in supporting developmentally appropriate youth self-advocacy.

This is our promise. This is our truth. This is Wicced.
We welcome those who come with questions. We celebrate those who come with answers. We honor those who come with doubts, for it is through questioning and seeking that true wisdom is found.
This is “The Essence of Wicced”
How can Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion not be at the center of Wicced? Wicced was not born from a singular philosophy, nor was it molded by a single tradition. Instead, it has blossomed from many philosophical and religious paths, uniting perspectives from all walks of life to create something both ancient and new, both personal and collective. This very nature of Wicced makes it the living embodiment of DEI—Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Declaration of Intent: Wicced Sarah Church will stand as a strong bulwark against any attack on freedom, equality, and liberty, We will organize peaceful protests, fight in the courtrooms, and enshrine the United States Constitution and freedom and equality for all people within the halls of the freedom of religion, this is our goal and purpose for 2025 and beyond to defend the minority, the marginalized, and all citizens of this great nation of ours, we will defend life, liberty and equality for all, we will fight against tyranny, and any system that seeks total control.

The Wicced Witchcraft Bible 1st Edition: Verse 1b: 33. We do not believe a church has to be labeled as nonprofit to be a church; We believe a church should not be considered a nonprofit entity, no matter its means of making money, a church is in the service industry and does charge for its service, the Tithe system is a ludicrous system of paying for services but still, it pays for a service and therefore the Wicced Sarah Church is a for-profit church.

Wicced Sarah Church is committed to defending the rights of the minority and marginalized members of our society. Our mission for 2025 and beyond is to uphold life, liberty, and equality for all citizens. We stand ready to fight against tyranny any oppressive systems that threaten our freedoms. Together, we will ensure that every voice is heard and respected in our great nation.
